Thank you for supporting June Art. Each piece of our jewelry and original artwork is lovingly handcrafted and selected with care. To ensure a clear and fair shopping experience, please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Final

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our items and the natural variations inherent in gemstones, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Natural Gemstone Characteristics

Please note that natural gemstones, minerals, and organic materials naturally feature unique characteristics such as internal ice fractures, inclusions, color zoning, and minor surface pitting/texture. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects or damages; they are proof of the stone’s authenticity and natural origin.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We handle each order with utmost care and inspect every piece prior to shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or has a clear defect:

1. Notification Window: You must contact us via email at [june.j.c.art@gmail.com] within 48 hours of package delivery (according to carrier tracking details).

2. Required Documentation: Please include the following in your email:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos or video of the damaged outer shipping box/package and the carrier label.

Clear photos or video of the damaged item itself.

4. Resolution Process

Once we receive and verify your documentation:

We will immediately assist in filing a shipping insurance claim with the postal carrier (USPS/UPS).

Depending on the specific item and availability, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include:

A repair or replacement (for qualifying handcrafted jewelry).

Store credit or a partial/full refund.

Please note: Claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without valid photo/video proof of outer shipping damage cannot be accepted or processed.
